Job Description:
- Mastering knowledge and information related to the luxury brands and sharing to respected customers
- Delivering standard service excellence to customers based on brand guidelines
- Establishing and developing relationships with new and regular customers
- Maintaining customer database and preferences (CRM)
- Contributing to sales by achieving individual and boutique targets
- Supporting daily boutique operations and customer handling
- Performing and maintaining daily stock inventory
- Ensuring boutique SOP & Service Excellence are executed properly
- Supporting opening & closing checklist and boutique readiness (display, cleanliness, manpower)
- Handling customer concerns according to service guidelines and escalating issues when needed
Requirement:
- At least have a Diploma’s / Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academy or university
- Have minimum 1–2 years of experience as Retail Sales / Client Advisor (luxury retail background is a plus)
- Have strong customer-oriented mindset with hospitality-driven attitude
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional manner
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated in achieving sales goals
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Willing to learn new tasks and support cross-division collaboration when needed
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including extended hours, weekends, and public holidays
