Job Description :
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Gather and prioritize requirements based on user needs, data, and impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver features.
- Manage product backlog, write PRDs, and oversee execution (Agile/Scrum).
- Track performance using KPIs and optimize through data and experiments.
- Ensure strong user experience through continuous feedback and iteration.
Requirements :
- 1–3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or marketplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business operations (e.g., supply chain, pricing, inventory, order flow).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business).
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum and writing PRDs or user stories.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
