As a Marketplace Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations across our e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in managing customer interactions, handling orders, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations of marketplace activities, including customer chat handling, order listing, and issue resolution.
- Prepare and update daily order lists, then coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor order timelines to prevent automatic cancellations and ensure customers receive their purchases on time.
- Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, shipping, customer service, etc.) to solve any order-related issues.
- Keep customers informed about ongoing promotions and campaigns across marketplace platforms.
- Maximize available offers to help drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace platforms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays if needed.
- Interest in fashion and retail industry.
- A good understanding of Customer Service operations, with previous experience in the e-commerce industry being a plus point.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
