- Translate user insights, data, and business requirements into clear product solutions (features, improvements, design options)
- Design end-to-end user flows including edge cases and multiple scenarios
- Create high-quality UI designs and prototypes aligned with design system, usability principles, and visual standards
- Apply strong information architecture to improve clarity, hierarchy, and discoverability
- Collaborate with PM and engineers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product goals
- Deliver well-documented design handoff (states, interaction, specs) and support implementation
- Use data and product metrics to inform design decisions and identify improvement opportunities
- Proactively propose product or UX improvements beyond assigned tasks
Nice to have:
Conduct user research (usability testing, interviews, observation) to identify pain points and opportunities
Requirements :
- 3–5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer in a digital product environment (preferably e-commerce)
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
- Proven experience designing end-to-end product flows, including complex scenarios
- Strong UI design skills (layout, hierarchy, consistency, interaction states, micro-interactions)
- Experience working with and contributing to a design system
- Good understanding of information architecture and content structure
- Experience working closely with UX Writers and Product Managers
- Comfortable working with product metrics, data, and experimentation
- Able to create clear design documentation and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in an agile environment
